Drop moving blocks onto the tower and keep enough overlap to climb.

Time precise drops so each level supports the next.

1.Start the tower
Watch the first moving block cross the base.
2.Drop on overlap
Tap when it overlaps; overhang is trimmed away.
3.Climb until miss
Blocks speed up as the tower rises; a complete miss ends the run.
