Free-Play Coins

LuckyLoop’s play currency: earned freely, wagered in games and never redeemable for money.

Gambler's Fallacy

The mistaken belief that past random results change future odds — e.g. that red is 'due' after a long run of black.

Gems and Keys

Rare, earn-only currencies intended for cosmetics and collection rewards.

Hit Rate

How often a game produces any win, e.g. 1 in 4 spins (25%).

House Edge

The share of each wager a game keeps over the long run — the flip side of RTP (house edge = 100% − RTP).

Independent Events

Events where one result does not change the probability of the next.

Jackpot

The top prize in a game, usually its rarest outcome.

Law of Large Numbers

The principle that observed averages tend to move closer to expected averages as the sample grows.

A two-card hand containing an ace and any ten-value card.

Near Miss

An outcome that lands just short of a win — like two jackpot symbols and a third stopping just above the line.

Odds

Another way to express likelihood by comparing favorable outcomes with unfavorable ones.

Payline

A pattern across the reels that matching symbols must land on to form a winning combination.

Payout

The coin amount credited when a game result or completed objective wins.

Paytable

The published list of winning combinations and their payouts.

A number from 0% to 100% describing how likely an outcome is.

Probability Distribution

A map of every possible outcome and the probability assigned to each.

Progressive Jackpot

A general jackpot model where a prize pool grows across plays until it is won.

Provably Fair

A commit-and-reveal method that lets players independently verify an outcome was not changed after commitment.

Push (Tie)

A tied result where the current wager or multiplier is normally preserved.

Reels

The vertical strips of symbols that spin on a slot. Your result is the row (or rows) of symbols they stop on.

Responsible Play

Keeping play fun and in control: setting time and coin limits, taking breaks, and remembering outcomes are random.

Risk–Reward

The relationship between what can be gained and what can be lost by continuing a decision.

RNG (Random Number Generator)

The algorithm used to select unpredictable game outcomes.

RTP (Return to Player)

The long-run percentage of all wagered coins a game is designed to pay back. A 96% RTP returns about 96 coins per 100 wagered across millions of plays.

Sample Size
